Cancelling Insurance

<p>i would complain about the insurance that cancelled without my authorisation by edgards after they wanted rob me ,I called on 17/05/2017 to do claim because i lost my phone they told me i qualify for R3000.00 but i covered my for phone R5000.00 and they were debiting every month ,when i asked why am i getting r3000.00 cover i was told my phone was discontinued i asked why they were debiting for cover of R5000.00 but i qualify for less they told me they dont pricing i must speak to hollard and i asked for their number i was put on hold for 30 mins then i was told they adjusted it to R5000.00 and they deleted my insurance without telling me i only checked my statement today to find out this is what they did to me ,what if i would have lost the phone again or its damaged when i take to them they will tell me im not covered .they should have told me that they dont want to do bussines with me and close my account with them .which is wath im going to do now i dont need it i will open some where else just to credit refference ,im so unhappy with the way they treated me .my full name is vuyani Sogiba ********** 110</p>
