Cancellation Email ignored

I I have sent an email to [Email Removed] to request a cancellation on my cellphone insurance. But no one has gotten back to me about it. I got debited this weekend for the insurance and that infuriates me more that you can collect the money but cannot reply to emails from your paying customers. I always have to use Hello peter on you guys and that's one of the reasons I wish to cancel my contract.<br> <br> I'm not much of a complainer but I am forced to speak out here because you guys fail to follow rules you set from the beginning.
