Call Centre TERRIBLE

<p>I called Hollard 086 number on Friday morning to request a quotation for household insurance online on Wednesday evening, i had cancelled my previous insurance 4 months prior to this due to an unfortunate financial situation and have for 3 months been working for a company, back in the business world. I had not done it sooner as I should have due to not making it a priority which is my fault... so I receive a call a million times from the automated system which would call my number once every 2 hours... there is clearly something wrong with the system. I then decided to call myself which I did from work, i got through to 2 Cynthia who said the ONLY way I could get a quotation is over the phone which I then agreed to. We did 25 minutes of my time and then i did not have my children's cell phone details with me, so she gave me a number to call her on. I call the number a few hours later when I have the phones and she then tells me SORRY, I'VE BEEN ADVISED THAT IT'S HIGH RIST TO ACCEPT TO GIVE YOU INSURANCE OVER THIS TIME!!!!!!! SO IT IS REJECTED!!!!! REALLY>>>>>> i told her i had NEVER claimed household EVER on insurance and she said that. I'm sorry, that's shoddy... and if i have to wait a month, so be it... but to blatantly speak to me that way is disgusting. I hold Hollard in high regard but this experience is AWFUL :( Can this please be sorted out, i'd firstly like to speak to someone whom can communicate correctly in a decent manner and secondly someone who KNOWS the product and regulations. thank you</p>
