Call centre agent rude

Got a call from Hollard wanting to offer my husband an extended warrantee and a free quotation on my car. I simply asked questions like why she is phoning on my number if she is looking for my husband and why we would take out an extended warrantee on a 2015 model car? The agent started shouting that she only wants to give a free quotation. Granted, but if you cannot answer simple questions like that, how will your service be? When I asked for her name, she simply hung up. Now I know NEVER to insure with Hollard. Thanks lady!!
