Brolink service sucks

I am hugely disappointed with the service I got from Hollard Insurance which now is serviced by Brolink. I have been paying a Buildings Insurance for many years. Took it through Standard Bank. Time comes for the second time to claim, they are no where to be found, off course with reasons not to pay. Brolink which facilitates claims for them keeps on rejecting my claims abd you can feel from the other side that you are dealing with arrogant agents.
