botching

I was involved in an accident in November 2014, I swerved for a truck and trailer on a bend and was forced to drive over a very high pavement and inevitably hit a barrier. My car was damaged on the right hand side, and both rims were damaged.
I called Hollard Insurance, they called me back, and made an appointment with their assessor. We met at Panel beaters , where he made the assessment, he promised me the moon and the stars, we will change this and we will do that. I told him that I took my car in to HI - Q Pretoria North for wheel alignment, because the steering wheel was shaking, HI-Q suggested that I should move the right front wheel to the left rear of the vehicle, witch I did.. Progress Panel beaters called me a few days later, and told me to bring the car in for repairs, that was late November 2014, early December 2014. I took my car in because arrangements was done . Progress called me and said my vehicle is repaired. I fetched my vehicle at Progress Panel Beaters, on my way home, the speedo metre and ABS lights came on, they refuse to fix it, because the assessor did not made a proper assessment. Now both parties blame me of negligence. PLEASE HELP ME
