Beware of Hollard's Dental Insurance plan with Edgars - no contract after 6 months of paying!

<p>Having been talked into a Dental Insurance plan telephonically by Edgars & Hollard, despite their promises, despite dozerns of phone calls and emails to both, I still dont have a contract 6 months later, although they have been deducting the monthly installment every month. I have been paying for a useless dental insurance plan. When I call them, the one always says I have to phone the other, and I end up listening to switchboard music and ads for up to an hour while getting transferred from one useless consultant to the next. If you phone Hollard Sales they answer immediately; if you phone their Claims / Admin, you waith 40 minutes before they answer. Pathetic!</p>
