BEWARE OF HOLLARD MOTOR XTENDER POLICY!

I opted to take a Hollard Motor Xtender Policy a few months prior to my vehicle warranty expiring (which was 2 years ago). Their customer service team painted a very pretty picture about the policy hence I took the policy. I took my car in to Ford 2 weeks ago because the engine light came on whilst I was driving. After doing a diagnostics check on my car, Ford informed me that the Oxygen Sensor was faulty on my car. I submitted a claim to Hollard and it was approved (I provided Hollard with the banking details of Ford to deposit the money so that the sensor could be ordered). I called Ford 2 days later, and no money was deposited into their account. After chatting to the Hollard accounts department, I was told that they needed a copy of the invoice to make payment and they would not budge on making payment until they received that invoice. Let's think about that logically, who provides you with an invoice (i.e. an invoice is proof of payment) without an actual payment being made??? Naturally, I had to make the payment in order to receive an invoice from Ford, so that Hollard would make payment. Needless to say, I will be cancelling my policy at the end of this month.
