<p>I would thank to thank Hollard Insurance and Mr Jeremia Lenong for the speedy, and effective processing of my claim. My washing machine was out of order and since day one logging the claim, Mr Lenong was so helpful. He regularly contacted me with updates, informed me of the payout for the new machine and processed it in record time. The courier company, RAM delivered the claims card on the date and time that Mr Lenong said it would arrive. I received SMS's about the updates, the claim number, the contact details etc. It was so smooth and it was a wonderful experience. This was my first time claiming from Hollard Insurance and it was such a good experience with no hassles. Thank you to Hollard and to Mr Lenong for all his assistance and his friendly and very helpful service. Much appreciated. </p>
