Bad/No service

Submitted a claim on the 25th of June for a leaking pipe in my ceiling. The plumber came out the next day and the assessor the day after that, since then nothing has happened and today is the 10th of July. This is after I have phoned them 3 times regarding the issue! My mats in my house are stinking due to it being damp and the damage is getting worse due to it being leaved unattended.
