BAD Very BAD in clearing my ITC status

<p>Hollard listed my name on ITC now they dont want to sent and update to ITC to remove their listing and my policies with them have been closed since February 2016, I spoke to Mlungisi and he said he will send a request to complaint to assist me with a letter which i have received from them already and Transunion says they have sent Hollard a request to confirm if the policies are closed and they still havent confirmed this WHO CAN ASSIST WITH THIS URGENT MATTER I NEED THIS SORTED OUT ASAP.
