BAD SERVICE HOLLARD INSURANCE

I have log a claim in 2018 with Holland Insurance even today my claim has not been resolve. When I follow up with them I was told they waiting for Saira of which me I've got nothing to do with that. I don't have contract with Saira i have contract with them.They fail to sort my issue as a client .Bad service i got from Holland Insurance.Even today 2020 my claim is not paid.I ended up fixing the car for my self.
