Bad service Hollard do not use them

I am extremely unhappy with services from hollard, which has been unprofessional + inadequate.

Personally called a number of times to get approved SOW from hollard and over month from registration of the claim I again had to ask from contractor assigned. Nobody called or explained anything about policy or what could or could not be covered with this claim process so far. I have explained my frustration and concerns a number of times. In end contractor did not even perform all points on the SOW. STAY AWAY and check who insured with when using OOBA.
