Bad service from Hollard Insurance

Hollard assisted in car being towed via their service provider First Help... When car arrived at panel beater it had more damage caused by tow truck. Their assessor Lovemore Mahlanga now says she is not paying for those damages and I must liaise with tow truck who is their service provider. I need my car returned in good condition with all damages repaired properly
