Bad service ever

I had the worse experience with hollard insurance, i bought myself a cell phone at Game stores and the insurance policy for Hollard. I have been paying since 2016 May and only early this year i claim for repairs since my phone's screen was cracked they never got back to me and ive been sitting with a damaged phone the only thing the do is to debit on my bank account. They are really bad and *********** when it comes to service delivery. Since February when i logged my claim i was never contacted .
