Bad service

I submitted my claim for a motor vehicle accident on the 2nd of September 2019 but my claim has not been validated. Marvin Sibiya has not rep**** to any of my emails and every time I call, he is not in his office. This is ridiculous and very annoying. I just wanna close this chapter of my life and move on but they are hindering me from doing so. It is very bad for business to keep clients in the dark about their claims. I doubt I'll return to Hollard Insurance when I get a new car. People like Marvin Sibiya give the business a bad name
