Bad Service by Hollard Roadside Assistance.

I was stuck on the side of the road and called Hollard roadside assistance. Firstly they sent me a link to click and send them my location but it gave the location in Johannesburg while I was as in Pretoria. I gave them my location verbally but still the call centre agent sent me a tow truck from Johannesburg while I’m in Pretoria. After waiting for an hour already, the tow truck from Johannesburg (65 kms away) would take at least 2 hours as it was during peak hour. Only after I called again to complain about the tow truck coming from Johannesburg then I was allocated a tow truck from Pretoria. What is the point of asking for my location if you can’t get me the nearest service provider?This is really poor and shoddy service .
