BAD SERVICE BY HOLLARD,MTN nd JET STORE FOR MY CELLPHONE INSURANCE

<p>hellopeter i bought a cellphone at jet store,i took insurance with hollard phone insurance.it was ****** on the 30june 2017,i called MTN to have it blacklisted,it was done they even gave me itc ref number.i went to police station to open a case and i took case number and itc ref to jet store.jet submitted all the documents for claims but hollard said the phone had 2imei number,meanwhile mtn said they cant see 2imei numbers so the blocked what they had on their system.i was then sent to mtn store with my box .they gave me a form and phone numbers that i must call and explain my story and return the form agi=ain to mtn.i feel so tired and disgusted about the whole thing.i have been sent from pillar to post by hollard,jet and mtn.and i have been paying for my insurance since the day i took it.</p>
