Bad service and no payouts

<p>I've had it with this bunch of ********. Firstly every claim takes forever to resolve, they never get back to you and they never pay. </p> <p>I have a building protector (structural) policy with them through Ooba. My car wasn't pulled in far enough and my garage door became caught on the bumper, dislodging itself form the wall and bending the brackets. This was an accident but it's not covered under the "STRUCTURAL" cover. Accidents only extend to glass and sanitary ware. </p> <p> </p> <p>The garage door is part of the structure. I pay for it to be covered however it should become damaged. </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm done with them! </p>
