BAD SERVICE
Hollard offered me a shortfall cover which was sold to me as that it would cover whatever my car insurance will not pay but when my car was written off they paid a certain portion and left me with the remaining to pay, I requested for the recording and they want me to pay to receive it but they said on the phone it will be available upon my request. I paid for the car for 3 months after it was written off
