bad service

<p>I lost my phone and I had been paying hoLlard insurance (Game cellphone) only to my suprise this insurance services is poor </p> <p>I paid everything including my excess they promised to deliver my phone in 5 working days so now it is even more than 5 days still I don't get anything ,when I call the call center I have to wait on the line before I get help</p> <p>I did lay a complain with them they said they will send me an SMS to show how far but they didn't send anything until today </p> <p>I'm paying an insurance which is only taking my money they don't deliver anything please help me</p>
