Bad experience over a claim

I used to receive great service from Regent but since you guys took over its been nothing but horrible experience. When you lodge a claim you have to follow up every second even when they promise to phone you back. A traffic officer bumped me last year in October, who confirmed that her insurance will take care of the damages, U even gave you guys her claim number. Its been 8 months, no feedback from you. If the case is not yet resolved at least phone your client & give them an update.

Its so dissapointing to get such service from a big institution like this whereas we are paying money every month.
