Bad Customer service from Hollard

They leave vehicles INTENTIONALLY at the wrong towing companies to save their own pocket. I was in an accident on the 28Nov 2021 and the claim still isnt paid out. They also refuse to pay the full settlement amount. Very bad client services. Reinhardt, one of the assessors of Hollard cant phone you back as promised. He never has the info you need. Wont recommend this company to anyone.
