Bad Claims Service

Very disappointed with Insurance, i recently had a claim where i was ****** items worth almost R20k. As i had insurance i expected my insurance to assist me after such trauma only to be paid R5k and told i won't be covered for my other items because i have no proof of ownership and pictures won't be considered as proof. After i lodged a complaint, the complaints department didn't even bother contacting me, they just sent me an email and told me to complain with ombudsman. How pathetic... I had to cancel my policy after such bad claims service, i even thought what if i was ****** all my House contents, where will i get proof of ownership for all the expensive items i have while all my items are taken. So is basically insuring my self with Hollard. Be warned, you actually risking your valued items with them. Better have no insurance than being covered with them. Thinking i spoke good of them to most of the people, i regret recommending so many people and will definitely make sure the policies are cancelled. This is actually ****************.
