Bad and worst service

<p>i have had to expirience the workst service evet at hollard protea glen mall.i lost my job in January 2016 and becouse of that my debit orders were affected.i went to the brach in protea glen as soon i noticed that my debit order was unpaying,i was given an account number /refence to pay for my policies cash before by they could lapse.i went paid and after few months i got an sms advising me that the policy had lapsed and my parents nolonger covered.i went to the branch again and they told me they cant do anything .i then said i will ask my spouse to take over my payments and we debit from her account,on the 4th October 2016 we went to the same branch told we will have to take up aa new policy and we did that .it was supposed to have started debitting on the 20th this month and again the debit order never went out,i went o the branch today and he ladies advised me that the policy was not captured with an attitude.now if anythng happes to my parents they will not be covered due to neglegent and unprofissionalism of hollards consultant.</p>
