Awful service
Awful service. I called for a query. Next thing I know my policy is cancelled. Never missed a payment, never had issues with any of my other handsets insured with them. And then this. I'm so dissatisfied with the customer service. I spoke to Donay and was refused when asking for a manager.

Dont worry about it. I dont one anyone touching my account. I finally found a gem in your useless company named Mikateko Mkhawane. He is an asset and all your other staff should learn from him. He's the only thing you've done right. I spoke to a Olivia, Dorney, Ntabiseng and Penelope and I think they are all challenging one another to be the worst they could be. Pathetic.
After all my struggles I was lucky to get hold of Mikateko Mkhawane and this guy is amazing. Calming and helpful. If he was in CPT I would have poached him for my call centre.
