Awaiting documentation

I have been paying hollard for a time of 4years about 2months a go I started with them in the event to get documentation from them stating that I have a policy with them I was phoned numerous times and said that the documentation is being emailed to me and up to date nothing has been received by me im getting to a point that I don't know what to do anymore
