Avoid Hollard Insurance at all cost

I am utterly disappointed with the way in which my claim is handled by Hollard. On 8 September 2018, I was involved in a car accident. The car was declared a write-off and I was requested to submit documents relating to the car. I accordingly sent the required documents on 27 September 2018 through a courier, Speed Services. My frustration with Hollard stems from my dealings with Lerato. Lerato is forever unavailable to take my calls. If I am lucky to get hold of her, she promises to look into my matter and provide a feedback later. The feedback, if it provided, is vague with no concrete answers to my claim. Lately, Lerato has turned to be a needle in a haystack. I have been shunned from pillar to post trying source Lerato so she can provide further answers on the progress of my claim. I have spoken to different consultants, Busi Mthethwa, Thabo Kgololo, Mavin; to mention but a few, all of which indicate that the person who can provide answers to my misery is Lerato. The mentioned consultants have taken messages from me and promised that they will convey the same to Lerato. I have painfully tried, almost every day, to source the illusive Lerato and my efforts have been fruitless. What is even more agonising is that Hollard still collects premiums for a non-existent vehicle as it was deemed a write-off. My claim experience with this insurance (Hollard) has been an extreme pain in spite of religiously honouring my commitments by paying the premiums. I will never recommend Hollard, even to my worst enemy, as the company lacks ethics and good business practice.
