Attention to detail
I was in an accident and the person who bumped into me swore and took off but I got the Registration number of the car then repored the matter to the Police And My Insurance. The insurance wants me to Pay excess of R3000 for a scratch why isn't that person held responsible or liable for the damages to car?? Just like that I have to pay and what about him? Did they find him? Why isn't he paying anything he bumped into me from the back

31 Aug 2020, 06:36I have since sent Hollard insurance the necessary documents for them to re-investigate my claim because I was not willing to pay excess fees due to the fact that I was hit by a drunk driver from the back and he is not paying me anything??? how?? What am I Paying my Hollard Insurance premiums for? Since July I still haven't received Help.
