Assigned attorneys won't assist as they say Hollard not paying on the agreed T&Cs for insured service

Please can you assist urgently REF: J8-VL7G-04; J8-VL7G-05

I registered a Civil request claim and was referred to Laubscher & Hattingh. This is an urgent matter which the Judge has already reviewed. The matter is against the Estate Management, Property Management and Developer who have assaulted my family and I, multiple times. They even went and lay serious false police charge. The police dropped the case after review. The latest incident resulted in my hospitalization of which my neurologist said would take a minimum of 8 months to recover and I am unable to be employed nor bring an income for my family.

Laubscher & Hattingh, whom have my file, say that they cannot help on the legal matter because of a general pay issue with Hollard not paying on claims per the terms and conditions.

Please, can you provide clarity and assistance ASAP.
