Asked to bid for my own car!

I was hijacked last year, I found my car at a car sales which lead to the recovery of my car and informed the insurance company that the car was found and I would like to purchase the my car back. They then informed me that I would have to bid for my car with others at a auction. Should I not have the option to purchase my car. Why should I be victimised twice? I spoke to Obakeng and I am still waiting for a manager to contact me. I feel as if my car is being ****** all over again. All I want is my car back.
