Arrogancy From Sales Manager

<p>My complain dates back from the 13 January 2017.I requested a quote from Hollard A consultant did call me and I said to him fine you can quote just as long as you don't do an ITC Inquiry as this is a quote only and he can do the ITC Inquiry when I accept the quote.I didn't accept the quote as it was way to expensive but still the ITC was done as Transunion sent me an email.I queried this with the consultant but he never came back the matter was eventually given to the manager Sarona Baikgaki,she promised she will have this inquiry removed and sent proof.She came back to me aftyer a while and she confirmed the Inquiry was removed but can't provide any proof I insisted on proof.She conviently decided to ignore all my emails from the 14 March 2017.My last email to her was on the 3/4/17 were I said if I don't hear anything from her I will take this matter further but she is so arrogant that I still haven't had any feedback </p>
