I was unfortunately ****** at gun point of my belongings which include wallet and cellphone early Feb 2023. My phone had cellphone insurance from Hollard. when i sent all necessary documents via the cellphone store , up until today I've been sent back and forth by Hollard consultants requesting for different documents over and above what i had sent. At the cellphone store they have tried on their side to assist with fail. my phone hasn't been replaced, though I've been paying insurance cover for my cellphone.
