Amazing Service (HOLLARD)

I just want to thank Cathy Triggiani for her amazing service and patience. i completed a survey sent by Hollard for a claim i had and review was not good at all due to the subcontractors they used. While this was more a complaint for these contractors she took it upon herself to follow up on this and made sure i am involved and aware of updates every step of the way. If anyone is looking for insurance, HOLLARD is your company. for all they years i have used them they have never let me down and even when issues arises, their staff run with issue from start to finish in a professional and empathetic way. i just wish their contractors were just as competent and amazing as Hollard. so BIG UPS to HOLLARD and CATHY Triggiani. Keep up the amazing work
