Accident unpaid

The guy bump me on 19 October 2021 and he tried to doggie the payment not knowing that I have all his documents. I submitted all the proof to his hollard insurance and they promise to pay for his damage and I never received any payment from them. When you ask they won't even tell you the problem. This guys are same they don't want you to take the case to court and I regret that I was supposed to put the case straight to the court. Guys when you involved in accident report it and take it straight to court if they try to runaway
