Accident - Truck run me off the Road

Good Day<br> <br> About two weeks back a truck run me off the road. I was forced to obey and in that damaged my car front right and left suspension, burst 1 tire right and damaged 1 tire left front, total damaged cost R26000.00. So I phoned my new Insurance Company and ask what is the process to follow in this case and they advised me to go and open a case at the SAP and completed a accident form. I received the Case number and the accident number that they used forward all the documentation and quotations to them. <br> <br> A week went pass since report the accident to my insurance company and they return to me, after I and my wife phoned them regularly to check up on the progress of the claim, that they are not going to approved the claim due to the fact that there was no panels on the body of my car damaged during this incident.<br> <br> Regards
