Accident claim waiting 3 years and 4 months

My son had an accident with my motor vehicle in Jan 2016 and lost his life in the accident. Hollard insisted to wait for blood tests. This is now 3 years and 4 months and they still refuse to settle the claim. They cannot seem to find the blood tests and keep on telling me to give them a reasonable time to get hold of the tests. I do not know what seem to be reasonable to them but for me this is rediculous. They have also sold the wreck 3 months after the accident and now nobody sem to know where the money is???????? Does this sound to be he insurance to go with. Hell no!!!!
