Accident claim still not resolved

Good Day. I was in an accident almost 4 weeks ago. Hollard is the under writter and i took out my insurance absa. I have had my courtesy vehicle for 2 weeks now and they are still investigating. I am concerned that they are taking there sweet time to resolve this issue and the 30 day period will expire on my car hire. I know the panelbeater will take at least 2 or more weeks to repair the vehicle and what happens if they rush the repair and i am not happy. Will i get the courtesy car for an extended period? they need to take priority in these cases knowing that the investigation took a long period and now i have to wait for the assessor to take further information after it has been stripped.
