Accident Claim and registered but no update for a month
I have a registered claim ********** on the 4th October,have never heard from this *********** insurer since the day I registered my claim.I have been calling 2 times every week since the claim registration and told that someone will get back to me.Today it is the 27th October and still no one has called.
I AM FED UP WITH HOLLARD AND THEIR BAD SERVICE.
EVEN THEIR COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT HAS NOT ACKNOWLEDGED MY COMPLAINT AFTER 2 DAYS OF LOGGING IT.
