ACCIDENT
ON THE 20 NOVEMBER MY CAR WAS IN ACCIDENT, I CALLED HOLLARD TO LOG A CLAIM THEY SAID IT TAKES 48-72 HOURS TO BE PROCESSED, WHEN ICALL ON FRIDAY THEY SAY THEY WILL ONLY SEND ASSESOR ON MONDAY THEN BY WEDNDSDAY THEY WILL GIVE ME A RESPSONES. I CALLED YESTERDAY THEY TELLING ME TO SEND THROUGH AR NO: I DID SO NOW TODAY WHEN I CALL AGAIN THEY TELL ME THERE IS DOCUMENTS THAT NEEDS TO BE SIGNED AND I WILL NEED TO AWAIT ANOTHER 10 DAYS AGAIN FOR CLAIM TO BE PROCESSED, I GAVE WAITED FOR 10 DAYS ALREADY, NO ONE IS COMMUNICATING WITH UNTIL I CALL THEM THATS WHEN THEY WILL TELL ME I NEED TO WAIT AGAIN. AM REALLY NOT IMPRESSED WITH HOLLARD INSURANCE CLIENT SERVICES.

I still didn't get any responses I asked hollard to give my car back I will do repairs, am still struggling to get it back cause they need to release my car from Help 24. I was promised my car will be delivered today at Premises when I call do follow-ups no one is willing to give me a straight answer. Can hollard insurance release my car from Help 24.
may I please get a responses as soon is possible is being 2 weeks I have been waiting for my car to come back.

am really irritated what is taking so long for me my car back I have been getting empty Promises since from Monday and when I call looking for Nkululeko the team leader is always not available then around 16:30 will call me telling me my car will be delivered second day to my house.
hollard insurance is not taking their client serious no one will come back and call to update whats happening, can someone help me with my car to be returned.
