ABUSE OF POWER

<p>I have a legal policy which Hollard however late last year I got into labour dispute with my employer, I therefor informed Hollard Legal department nevertheless I was taken from pilar to post till I decided to handle this matter privately with another company.</p> <p> </p> <p>The company which I have consulted took this matter to CCMA which the case was forwarded to Labour Court. Again I went back to Hollard legal hoping to represent me at the Labour Court but they continued with the culture of taking me from pilar to post which frustrated me a lot. However later they appointed a legal team to represent me of which that legal team decided to deal with this matter after the date which the CCMA has allocated for me. To my surprise both (Legal Team and Hollard legal were informed of the due date from the CCMA but they turned to ignore the date.</p> <p>They later phoned me to come for consultation after the due date but I was frustrated by this process which I couldn’t got assisted with. Nevertheless they are continuing to collect their premium monthly as if they respond to their duties.</p> <p>I’m now in the risk to be retrench at work without fighting back. Hollard has failed to do it duty and they failed me as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hoping this is in order</p> <p> </p>
