I was recently Hijacked, which on it's own is a traumatic experience, but having to deal with what comes after to replace all your belongings is just as traumatic, but I was lucky enough to be assisted by Clare Lekgothoane, a claims adjuster from Hollard Insurance. She took charge of the situation and managed to make the process easy, she even dealt with the Police on my behalf as I was struggling to get the details I needed.
