3rd party claim , they don't want to pay

I am dealing with Nikita Pillay, third party insurance, she requested all the documents and now I have to dig for them as their client damaged my car. I have provided everything proofing that I wont claim from my insurance and also ID's and case number . I provided the license renewal for car ownership and they didn't take it, and now I have submitted proof of Finance with all details and still they don't want it. even confirmation from transport department they don't want it. why do we have to suffer with insurance refusing to pay? first it was Katherine from 3P solutions threatening not to pay me where as there client damaged my car now they asking document after document, next they will be asking for my DNA. if Hollard is like this THANK YOU I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM
