20% Premium Back ****

Hi Hollard, I wold like to express my concern abou your 20% money back premium. I sent you facebook team a massege 3 days ago promised they will get beck to me until now. then I phoned your call centre to enquire about this money back benefit as i assume that now i qualify for it. But the person assisted me told me the is no benefit that will be paid it will only be paid together with the main sum insured when i am dead to my beneficiary. That to me does not sound right. Can someone verify this and get beck to me.
