I have lost my phone in the taxi.I called in to report to cell-c since we'll the phone was on contract.unfortunately I had no success because I was moved from one consultant to other,I went to branch to report and to fill a claim to submit to hollard insurance,I filled in the forms and submitted the forms to hollard but the response was to write a letter why I submitted my claim After 24hour,I wrote the letter and send it back.My claim was declined because they claim the phone disappeared without have a simcard in it.which is not true.Now they still debating the insurance money with no phone.
