<p>I would just like to commend the service and innovative solution that this company provides to its clients. Up until I signed up to this service getting hold of Telkom was a nightmare, endless holding for an agent and endless drop calls.</p> <p> </p> <p>cusriousity striked and i signed up, my first "get me a human" request was telkom. I recieved an sms confirmation and I was on the line with an Agent within 5 minutes.</p> <p> </p> <p>there was no holding, it was painless and a WOW moment for me.
