Poor service

I had it for a few month's now, I made a payment to Hola data on the 2nd February 2023,my wifi has since been off, I have direct contact details of one employee if I have issues I talk to her directly her name is Sizakele, she was helpfully until day before yesterday I don't know who upset her, now I had to send a whatsap with no response from an agent, I called and spoke to Lerato on *** she checked my profile and asked me all necessary questions and said she will escalate and send a technician as there is a cable problem, she also confirmed the tech will call me shortly, few hours later I still did not receive any call, I then received an email that my services were canceled, I call again I still speak to Lerato she checks places ne on hold no communication there after, I tell her I am low on airtime she confirms to call me back, she doesn't, I call her back now my calls are not answered , I have never received such bad service. I just want to connect to wifi that's all I don't know why is it such a hustle.
