****MY ISP

What A Horrible ISP this is! Paid for my WIFI and I was told the product was discontinued (with no communication whatsoever). Been begging them for my refund to date. They can't even transfer the funds to the new product that's offered. Is this a ****? What a horrible experience this has been!
