Hola data company failed internet

I installed internet in my house but now the dsp:HOLA Data is failing me too much I made a payment on the 23rd Feb 2024 but till this day my internet Is offline tried whatsapp they blocked me, emailed them no respone, phoning they are lines doesn't go through.. I have ran out of options because this Hola data company is failinge but I paid for the services....
