Cheap is expensive

Stay away from this service provider. I took up a Fiber package with them last year for my parents, the package was affordable because my parents stay in the townships but I guess cheap is expensive because last week Friday the internet got disconnected and I have not been able to get ahold anyone from Hold data. I paid the subscription for this month, why I don't have connection is beyond me. Their website (https://holadata.co.za/) claims that they have 24/7 hours support but that is a lie. Their phone never goes through (+***8) it always says line busy. No response on emails or WhatsApp. Its like they just closed up shop and called it a day. I was ****** paying and not having internet connection more than 5 days is just wrong. One thing for sure I am done with their service and they just lost a customer.
